Venue Hire

Pambula Surf Life Saving Club is located at Pambula Beach, providing a perfect setting for weddings and celebrations. The view from the expansive elevated deck is outstanding.

We love to hire out our club, but there are a few things you may like to know, before you get in touch with us.

Our club operates with a Limited license, allowing bar service only to members and their invited guests.  To allow a private function, wedding or party, the applicant needs to employ a Caterer/Licensee with a license to run a Function on other Premises.  A security guard must also be present during the hire period.

We can help you with this, as we have licensees that we recommend and that are familiar with our club, however their business is snow business, so we are restricted to Summer weddings with them.

We can also help with suggested caterers for your food requirements.

We are restricted to a maximum of 100 guests  and the evening hire must end at 11.30pm. The cost of hire is $1,500.- for weddings also $1000., refundable bond.  Catered functions cost on application, as are catered functions , sporting and community groups , seminars, and current members applications.

There is no BYO DRINKS parties or BYO food.

Facilities include:

  • a commercial kitchen,

  • tables, chairs, crockery and cutlery

  • a bar service area for celebrations and weddings.

Pambula Beach is on the Far South Coast – halfway between Sydney and Melbourne, 3 hours from Canberra. The Sapphire Coast offers a wonderful destination for those wishing to hold a beach function far away from the madding crowds. Rex Airlines and Qantas run flights from Sydney and Melbourne.
